1. Prepare duck/chicken/egg, seasoning ingredients, salt, 3 whole crushed garlic, premium thick dark and light soya source, marinate for 2 hours.
2. 3 spoon of cooking oil, 1 spoon of sugar into pot, saute till sugar caramelized.
3. Put marinated duck/chicken/egg into the pot and baste till water dry. Then submerged duck/chicken/egg with boiled water, add in 卤香之王, boil for 5 minutes, simmer with low head till thick braised gravy. Adjust salt & sugar level to own preferred.
