How to Cook:
1. Rinse 2kg of pork spare ribs (cut into small pieces), along with 100gm of garlic.
2. Prepare 2.5l of lukewarm water in a cooking pot, then put in the 2 sachet of Bak Kut Teh spices provided, together with the pork ribs and garlic.
3. Flavour with 2 spoonful of light soya sauce and add in salt, pepper and seasoning to own preference.
4. Cover with lid and cook for 1h 30mins using only low heat. Your authentic Bak Kut Teh will be ready to serve.

Tean Ean Spices Bak Kut Teh is famous in Penang Island which contain 17 other spices in a sachet and traditional herbs.
Cooking method
Prepare three bowls of water (3 Liters), three cloves of garlic and a sachet of spices BKT. Boiled for 30 minutes,then add 1kg of meat, continue to cook for 30 minutes, and then add salt to taste.
